Well, you say that. But Fiat are backed by the Wop government, so it's by no means an easy one to call. Especially given the size of the debts of both companies.
Both are equally f***ed, and there's no rule that says the bigger company will always take over the smaller one. IME, this is often not the case, a prime example being Iceland buying out Bejam in the late 80s early 90s. Bejam were twice the size.

If you want to call this one, Euro built Primeras Accords have different suspension setups to their Jap counterparts - in fact, the Euro Accord is a very different vehicle to the one sold in the rest of the world.
