I am not sure if they're commercially available yet, or even being militarily procured. Last I'd seen (May-ish) they'd delivered a couple of test articles to the Army and were contemplating one or more civilian versions.
One can imagine these things being really popular with both GIs and Pentagon budget analysts, sort of a cross between a cheap Jeep and a super-duper Cushman scooter. They might have a really quiet electric-only mode too, which can be useful in those circles. Outside that niche... hmm.
As an urban car-surrogate, the numbers I've seen bandied about ($20k, 50 mpg, and 40 mph) would be a problematic combination. Too many freeway-capable "real" cars offer pretty good creature comfort and almost as much mileage for the price.
If they could get the price down by quite a bit, it could be the basis for an intriguing alternative to motorcycle-snowmobile technology as a farm-and-ranch mule or recreational four-wheeler.
