Signals being emitted from the car, against any will of it's owner, are being searched.

If that were true, it would have said: "and the right of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured, ORDINARILY, by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution"
But, it didn't. It said: "and the right, ORDINARILY, of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution."
This US Supreme Court quote is identifying WHAT is a Right, not WHEN that Right is to be secured. Once a Right is identified, it's not secured when "as a general rule", but instead it is secured always. The word "ordinarily" applies to and qualifies the type of "transit".
Strange! You deny our Right of Locomotion Ordinarly used for Personal Travel on our Public Right of Ways, dispite the fact I show you where our US Supreme Court has recognized this Right. Then, you promote a Right the US Supreme Court has never spicifically recognized. Show me where the US Supreme Court, or the US Consbreastution, has recognized our Right to "hoof it", baby.
In fact, on many of our Public Highways, hoofing it can, and IS, prohibited, and rightfully so, because it Obstructs with the Locomotion Ordinarly used for Personal Travel on those Public Highways.
You, likely, would be one of the first to scream when hoofers began to obstruct your Travel, screaming for them to GET OUT OF YOUR WAY, as though it were YOUR WAY, and as though they have no Right to Way.
