Billy Not being able to afford a car is not a hardship of Choice, nor does this condition have anthing to do with the issue. The Point, which seems to have eluded...

Cant afford a car, wants exercise or does not want to pay the tax,

If you had the right to drive as you suggest then the government would have to provide you with a car, the same way they have to supply you with a lawyer because you have a "right" to counsel. That is not what the SC said, it said from or through the territory of any state.

Buzzzz, if you have the right it must be provided

It did not say that at all, you take the one word "ordinarily" then you take away the comma's and add "personal Travel on our Public Right of ways" None of which was said by the SC.

No written that way, it would say sometimes it is not the 14th Amendment and other provisions of the consbreastution that secures the right.

Well that statement is not true, but you are almost there, it may be obvious to you if I use another "right" as an example: the Right to vote, ORDINARILY we have the right to vote, but several things can take that right to vote away, committing some types of felonies for one. But in this case ORDINARILY does qualify the "type" of transit, but it is the type specified "free" that it qualifies, not saying you have a right to drive a car, if you had a right to drive a car, the government would have to provide you one to drive. That should be clear to you, if you go look at what the case was about, "taxiation"

I did not deny any right the SC granted, i explained to you why you are reading into the law something that is not there.

I would not suggest trying to take the interstate, I advice you to select the rual routes.

You finally said something correct.
