You are dodging arguments supporting two facts: #1: The phrase "ordinarily free" DOES NOT mean "normally non-taxed" #2: The phrase "ordinarily free" is not in the US Supreme Court Quote.
Where my argument is that State Driver Licensing Laws are UnConsbreastutional, to argue "EVERY state requires a drivers license" is Circular Reasoning. But, since that argument, other arguments have spawned which must be resolved before we can return to the original argument. One of those spawned arguments concerns the word "ordinarily" as it is used in the US Supreme Court quote I have provided. From that spawned argument, the two arguments supporting #1 and #2 above have been spawned.
Argument-A = We have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Right of Ways.
Argument-A1 = The word "ordinarily" is used as a qualifier as to the types of Transit which we have a Right to. Argument-A2 = The word "free" is used to mean "without restraint or incumberance". Argument-A3 = The phrase "ordinarily free" IS NOT contained in the original quote.
Also, you have attempted to spawn yet another argument: Argument-A3x = The phrase "originaily free" means "ordinarily non-taxed".
But, Argument-A3x is Irrelivant, as the phrase "ordinarily free" IS NOT contained in the original quote.
As you are unable to counter Arguments A1, A2 and A3 above, you are equally unable to counter Argument A.
