I really couldn't believe how dangerous this driver was. He decided to take a phone call on a twisty NSL road, just after a very dangerous bend, but that's not it, it's a lot worse than that...
He decided he would partially drive into a driveway, at a right angle. So none of his lights were visible. All I could see was two really small specs in the middle of the road, which were his rear lights at a 90 degree angle. The car was also black which didn't help.

I came around the bend, and could see these two lights, and couldn't work out what they were. I decided to slow down until I could work out what they were, they were bright enough or big enough for a motor vehicle, so I buttumed it must have been an accident or something. As I got closer I still couldn't work out what it was until I was only a few car lengths away (driving very slowly). I then noticed the black body work, then then saw the driver in the front (hiden behind a bush) on his phone.
He didn't even save any room by parking at a 90 degree angle because the car is so long.
For those of you who know my area it was Sulham Hill, and yep, most people wouldn't even dream of stopping on it.
