Which is exactly why I object to the BAC model of determing who is safe on the highways and who is not. The ONLY reliable method of testing if a person is safe on the highways is to test that person's Motor Skills Eye-Hand Coordination Reaction Time, which is often refered to as a . Sobriety Test. But, I consider that misleading, so I call it an MCR.
I had much rather meet someone with a BAC of 0.2 but could pbutt an MCR than to meet someone who had never drank in their life but couldn't pbutt an MCR. I had much rather have surgery performed on me by a doctor who a BAC would consider drunk but could pbutt an MCR designed for doctors than to have surgery performed on my by a doctor who had never drank in their life but couldn't pbutt that same MCR.
