Scary is when someone jumps a red light to turn left (I lived in Greece for a while) and cuts across the front of you when you are riding a motorbike. When you are going headfirst over their bonnet and slide to a stop 70 yds down the road in a bus stop with a twisted leg, that's scary..... not as scary as a greek hospital though.
