Non OPEC countries should organize. 2448Every single time in fact. In spades with 'numerous scientific articles' that predicted we'd be out of food by now too. Didnt happen, in fact what actually happened was food surpluses in all...
Well, if you had read these articles, you would would have planned for the future with roughly 10 years in advance? Maybe you wouldn't be so upset today.
What good will that do you? American consumer debt is over 3 trillion dollars, and our overspending is what's keeping our economy going at the rate that it is. At some point, this spending spree has got to end, and the oil spike right now maybe the catalyst that gets the house of cards tumbling. Instead of suggesting I die or telling people don't buy gas when they need to get to work, you are better off using your emotional energies worrying about a possible hyper inflation or deflation that every economist predicts will happen to America and planning for that.
But, if your post is any indication of what you'd most likely do, then yes, it won't do you any good suggesting that I suffocate after telling you boycotting food and water to protest inflation is useless.
However, if you insist on your myopic tirade, it's more reasonable to be angry at Bush for not invading Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, and all the other oil rich countries. You should also be angry at Canada for selling exclusive rights to China for Canada's tar fields.
