Driving to Valencia 919
These hotel types are entirely homogenous and have a special double bed with a single bunk above, running crossways and sleep up to 3. The facilities are determined by the hotel name. Formule 1...

I have a similar problem.

At the end of my road there is a round cul-de-sac. Everyone who lives along the road drives in from the south end, into the cul-de-sac, round and out again to park facing south ready to leave. Now, there is a chickeny little tosser who lives in there and one day when I was driving round he quite deliberately walked out in front of the car and then decided to just stand there and talk to his mates, blocking the road. When I got out the car to "point out the error of his ways", the first words out of his mouth were, "what? You gonna touch me then? go on?". After a "heated discussion" (no I didn't "touch" him) I left, feeling rather frustrated and just itching to go back and remove his chickeny little head.

On that route, I'd go Portsmouth St Malo. Much less driving, both in France and the UK. Much of the west...

I never thought anything more of it until recently when I found a nice scratch right along the nearside of my car. A week or so later I noticed a scratch across the tailgate. A few weeks later I noticed that the courtesy car I was driving had a scratch down the nearside and on the bonnet. Just this week I have found a scratch down the offside of my own car.

Increased speed limit
Yes, it can happen (occasionally). Surrey County Council have just increased Approaching Hindhead from the north, it used...

I have no proof whatsoever but I *KNOW* it's him. I have seriously racked my brains and I cannot come up with anyone else I have peeed off around there, I get on pretty well withh all my neighbours.

The question is, what to do about it.

1. Ignore it. - That means he wins. He gets to damage my property and do whatever he pleases with no consequence.

2. Talk to his parents. - Apart from the fact that I would almost certainly get told to f*** off as soon as I mentioned it, I have no proof. I can only see it making things worse.

3. Talk to the police. - Again, no proof and even if I had some, what would happen? Almost certainly bugger all. I can only see it making things worse.

4. Talk to him directly - He'll deny it, an argument will ensue and it would certainly make things worse.

5. kick the living pooe out of him. - As soon as I lay a finger on him I get carted off to the cells. As much as I could be sure he'd never touch anything of mine again I don't really fancy a criminal record on account of some mouthy little poo.

Mark In recent years, I've been in a similar situation with car damage. And as you point out, with no consequences, not...

Bit of a dilemma really because I am wanting to change my car soon and I don't fancy spending multiple thousands of something that is likely to be damaged as soon as I park it outside the house. If I don't change the car, it means that his behaviour dictates what I can or cannot have. That is not a situation that I prepared to live with so I *HAVE* to do something. I just haven't figured out what yet. All I see is lose-lose situation right now.
