I do a lot of driving on country roads, especially in places like North Yorkshire and Cumbria. I would say that the majority of bikers are reckless, selfish morons. A far greater proportion than car drivers IME.
This is based on my observations, not prejudices- I love bikes and used to ride off road many years ago. Unfortunately, most bikers appear to think they are invincible and-or above the law.

I visited Windermere in the Lake District a few days ago. On a country road with many sheep straying onto the road the cars slowed down to avoid them. Not so the bikers- they took the opportunity to pbutt the cars and screamed past the sheep as if they weren't there. It would have been interesting to see what would have happened to the idiot bikers had they collided with the unfortunate animals.
Later, I was following my Mother and Father and as they approached a side junction a biker pulled out straight in front of them, swerving into the middle of the road then slowing down to a crawl. My Father was forced to swerve onto the wrong side of the road and pbutt the moron. The biker was still chugging along at about 15mph so I decided to pbutt him. As I drew alongside he glanced at me, opened his throttle and kept pace with me, preventing the manouvre and forcing me to pull in behind.
Then, achieving his childish goal, he accelerated to about 60mph in a 30 zone. Idiot.
Then, as we were walking along the road in Windermere we were all subjected to a free display of biking madness as they pulled wheelies. This is along a 30 zone crawling with tourists. If they'd fell off they'd have taken out several people, and no doubt a few parked cars as well. Pulling wheelies in a built up area like that should carry a life ban.

The gloss was taken off the trip by the behaviour of the bikers. It's very unsettling to be tailgated by bikers travelling in double, triple and even quadruple file, constantly weaving in and out.

To be fair, we encountered a complete breast in a car on the A66 coming home, and an idiot caravanner who decided to try and prevent me overtaking him on a country road after we'd been stuck behind him for about half an hour.
North Yorkshire is no better. on NSL country roads I often see bikes pbutting me at what I would estimate to be in excess of 130mph, and they don't mind overtaking near junctions, on bends, into oncoming traffic etc. They also seem to think that 30 zones in villages only apply to cars. They also seem to enjoy pulling wheelies at high speed.
Bikers have a bad reputation for good reason- they've earned it.
