So, let me get this right.
The day was very cold, there was snow on the ground, there was ice in the road. The speed limit was 30 mph, and you were travelling at 30 mph.
You are aware that this is a *maximum*, not a minimum or merely advisory. So how can travelling at the maximum allowed speed be claimed to be with 'caution' in the conditions that prevailed? I think not.
The other driver, so you claim, took both hands off the wheel, making this (in your opinion) 'extremely dangerous'. But, again in your opinion, taking *your* hand off the wheel to make an 'offensive gesture' is perfectly safe? Then you compound this possible criminal activity by doing it again, as given by 'I repeated my offensive gesture'. And you claim to be an 'exemplary driver'. I think not. I think your driving is appalling.
Since it was *your* road-rage gesture that started the incident off, compounded by *your* later offensive gesture, who do you think will get the blame? It's the person that gets the NIP. Namely, you.
Please post the date, time, and place of the case. This should be fun. -- from Aero Spike
