All depends....A PCN goes from £30 to £60 to then £90 + £5 court charge by the Northampton County Court if then not paid the local council then instruct the bailiffs, which they then send you a letter saying pay now at £108 or if a bailiff visits with a warrant a 1st time visit which includes a ATR,(attendence to remove) & a van fee + £11.20 letter + admin Total = £354.57 2nd visit with no reply £399.33 then a final 3rd visit which is £491.82 which may include a clamp fee if your vehicle is outside,then if not paid there will be an added fee of £125 for the tow truck then a £15 a day storage charge as the vehicle will be seized. It all depends if you have a pooter of a vehicle as then they will seize goods to the value. The Bailiff is soon to have new powers of entry which if the defendant ignores all letters the bailiff can then get a locksmith in to change the locks (Forcible Entry) I suggest you pay the poxy £60 PCN, Oh and it all depends as well on who issued the PCN a Traffic warden with the yellow stripe round the hat the old fashion ones or a Police officer as them PCN are dealt with by the Magistrates court which issue a Distress Warrant which if is not paid then it goes to an arrest warrant.
