David J. Button You armchair judges ought to be ashamed of yourselves - you were not there - the police officer has been cleared by a court - he made a decision in a split second which unfortunately for him was the wrong one - has it been the right one he would have been hailed a hero for preserving-saving life.
Split second my arse. No one, ever makes split-second decisions, that's just normal policespeak for 'I didn't give it enough thought'.
The little bastard he was chasing should have been locked up forever - the lb knew he was putting lives at risk and personally, I would rather the police called in the army and had them blast fleeing cars up, preferably killing all occupants where there has been clear warning to stop which has been ignored
Do you not think that's just a teensy bit OTT?
but of course we cannot do that cos of the bleeding hearts brigade and human rights.
Yes it's a pain in the arse when you can't liquidate someone without these people complaining.
This is one time when I do back the police up - I am not a police officer or connected with them - just an angry member of the public
Really? I would never have guessed, it doesn't show.
