Probably not, the local police around here cannot cope with such things. I've tried. When a tosser driving a tyre fitting van tried to push me off the road (while yacking on his mobile phone) I had hte pbuttenger take photographs of the van, his face and fairly obvious shots of him talking on the phone. The police declined to take any action.

I think you would need a warning notice (which will attract thieves). I'm basing this on the BSM schools in Suslove, all of which have waning notices saying that they video tailgaters.

Video is IMO the best way to go, you may recall someone in that place we used to work who posted that he was using an ITX PC and bullet cams to do 24-7 recording front and rear.

BTW, you have better make damned sure your own driving is fault free.

They don's seem to care even when handed the evidence on a plate.
