Pleased I bought the Focus

My old Saab 900 had automatic heated seats, but as is common the heater thermoswitches failed, and I never got it fixed becuase it meant stripping off the seat cushions.

However, on week it was in for repair and I had a loaner Saab 9000. It had manual seats. Having been using it for a week, I knew the seat heaters worked.

Missus didn't. We were doing some shopping, and she stopped at the cash point while I, pack mule as usual, carried the shopping back to the car.

As revenge, I turned her seat heater upto full. It takes a few minutes after the engine starts to feal fully warm though.

RE: Should over 70's have to retake their driving test
Hhhmmm. buttesing someone and testing someone is the same thing. buttessment is just a posh word for test and has a broarder...

She gets in the car, I start the engine, and pull out of the car park.

"Whats wrong?" Quizical look on her face. "Does this car have heated seats that work?" "Yes, why". "I thought I had justed peeed myself without knowing it. I suddenly got the warm spreading sensation right under my arse and back of legs, You bastard".

Really was one of those "priceless" moments seeing her face like that. -- "Sorry Sir, the meatballs are Orf" The poster formerly known as Skodapilot.
