There was a case of a deaf car modifier. Because he can't hear but can feel the vibration of the music, and enjoys music, he built his car to compebreastion bbutt standard, very clean, but very loud, with so many levels of bbutt replacing so many level of full range music.
He has been stopped, but, there is nothing the powers that be can do to stop him, because if they do, they are discriminating against him under the equal access for disability laws, because as a deaf person he has to be allowed equal access to music as a hearing person.
