OK, I like Smart & Final and the ethnic produce stores -- Roma and the Lake Market in particular... Do the Burbank and Industry Fry's count? My actual neighbors are OK, although I don't see them very often. You won't like this, but I like the Best Buy across the street. And there's a burrito shop next door called Chipotle which offered a free fancy burrito to each customer as a grand opening special. Next time I want to buy a $5 burrito, that's where I'll go. I used to like Sears when they were an honest shop that sold real merchandise at reasonable prices. Then they tried to break into the fashion business, turned down the lights, fired the knowledgeable salespeople and started using pooty chrome on their sockets.
Good enough? I can think of more if I have to... I guess...
