That bit is true I was driving before all this legislation existed and I have held an operators lisc. for many years (in fact since they started to exist), a feat you will be well aware one cannot easily achieve if one ignores the laws of the land. I'm one of the type that has clean driving documents and never any problems from the ministry, not bad for a pikey, Eh?

I will admit I don't know everything there is to know about tachgraph law (but unlike you I know where to look for the answers) whereas you have displayed cursory knowledge.
