To dramatically improve the NHS after years of neglect takes a considerable time - you can't train new staff overnight. And it certainly has improved. You've not been in your local hospital and seen this?

Think you've got a short memory, kev. I can well remember all those millions put out of work by Tory policies. Not world recession or whatever, but a deliberate policy to depress the wages of the workers by mbutt unemployment to increase the profits of their pals.
