Rovers do they do any speed other than 41 mph 459
On Mon, 7 Aug 2006 16:53:29 +0100, Dr Zoidberg All the ones I saw were doing 45. I pbutted some old fart in a 75 on a local road that was built by the Romans...

Tommy In one way. I think it was tragic that years of poor managment, poor build, strikes, and the dogged insistence that the 200-400 or 25-45 for example were in some way superior to the compebreastion despite that being far from the truth end it off. I don't blame the Phoenix people for making what they could: At least they kep a few brummies in jobs for a bit longer. I'd not call it beautiful by any means, but others disagree. It *is* true there's a lot of BMW engineering input, which has to be good thing. Some of the build had improved, but I think it was too late. Look at the SD1, in it's day. Modern, plush, comfortable, V8. But unreliable and with build problems. Or the 800. Not a bad looking car, and the Honda-derived V6 was nice, but it rusted spectacularly (due to lack of rustproofing at the factory). I had a ride in a Sterling V6 that was about 5 years old back in the mid 90s, and inside wasn't bad at all, in fact, sat inside it was quite pleasant. Then you went outside and saw the hammerite-covering-rust on the arches.
