Given that you say you've never overtaken someone on a 2 lane SC, and you refer to the other lane as the "wrong side" which you don't drive on, you sound like you are seriously lacking in confidence.
Perhaps it's better than you flying round the roads everywhere and crashing, but still.
What are you rambling about? He said you indicated because there was a driver who would benefit. You then say that's wrong, you actually signalled to signal your intent. Well, explain who you are signalling your intent TO if there is no driver to benefit?
The rules which you claim to be following are an incorrect interpretation of what you were taught for your test. It may be close enough to pbutt the test and survive on the road without crashing or getting points. But you definitely sound like you have some odd ideas.
A lane: a bit of road between two bits of paint and-or edges of the road.
A 3 lane SC. A single carriageway road with the edge of a road, a lane, a white line, a lane, a white line, a line and the edge of the road.
You know. A single carriage way road, with three lanes.
