Rovers do they do any speed other than 41 mph 459

For the first time this year the local scamera partnership has decided to hide (sorry park) a talivan outside the local school, odd then that they are doing it when the school is closed and there aren't kids about (there's nothing else on the road that warrants the 30 limit and just 30 yards further on it's a 40 on both sides. As the school is locked up and there aren't houses there what's the danger that has suddenly required the use of a mobile camera? If I were cynical I'd say that this is the only chance they have of catching anyone above the limit there as during school term traffic is very well behaved past the school but with there being no children about now people may be travelling that little bit quicker thus actually turn a profit. If I were to continue to be cynical I'd say it was a good way to skew the statistics as well, no doubt they will be published as simply people caught speeding past a school and no doubt they will compare today's accident rate to that averaged over the last 10 years of term time to "prove" how effective cameras are at cutting accident rates. (Even over the last 15 years I can only remember of hearing of 3 serious injuries to kids outside the school.) Now I'm not the type of person to be cynical enough to believe that this is a deliberate attempt to fiddle the figures for the benefit of the partnership it's not like they profit from it now is it.
