Which is the real issue. Drivers who do this endanger everyone else by not following the accepted driving practices in this country. By doing something unexpected and inappropriate, they cause accidents.

I will let people in. But only those who are worthy. When I see someone waiting for an opening, if he communicates appropriately where he is going, odds are he is going in front of me. If he can't, or he has to do something weird to get me to understand, no way.
Further, I have had idiots stop to let me out in front of them, even though I have my left turn signal on, and would need to cross in front of them, across the next lane which has lots of cars speeding by, across a turning lane, into one of two lanes going the other way, both of which has lots of cars speeding by. Its like - "are you really that f***ing stupid? What would make you think I appreciate you peeing off everyone behind you?" Yet they are clueless.
