Here you go dumbbutt.
I drive a lorry. It takes a pooload of distance to stop from 50 MPH. I slow a little and approach the lights at a constant speed where I know that UP TO A CERTAIN POINT if the light changes to amber, I can stop safely. ONCE I HAVE REACHED THAT POINT I know I can no longer stop safely, the light hasn't changed and as long as its clear I boot it to get through as fast as possible.
AS WELL AS THAT
Slowing for lights 5297Yes you would slow continuosly from about say 200 metres if the traffic was flowing smoothly with spaces. It is possible to slow gradually...
Actually opening my eyes and looking at whats going on as well as using the 6 Ps, if I've been observing the light up ahead and its been green for a fair bit before I get to it, I'll approach it slower as there's a higher possibility it'll change. However, if it has only just changed to green, I'll approach it faster.
Guess you either are too stupid to work it out, are blind, are unable to plan ahead or don't drive very much.
You might want to take some learner driving lessons. You'll be taught how to approach traffic lights again. You obviously seem to have forgotten.
