Let me preface my response by telling you what I do. As a hobby I draw pictures of guide signage on the interstate highway system. I have been on the entire interstate system including Hawaii and Puerto Rico all 42,000 + miles of it. I have sign drawings for every exit, OH gore signing and structures, ground mounted exit direction signing and some other signing. I do it in one direction only, N-S interstates I do from south to north, e-w ones vary.
I will also tell you one other thing, I grew up in Cleveland, OH, When I was 16 and 17 I used to get on Greyhound on Fri night, get to The old Greyhound station at Clark and Randolph Sat AM and ride the el's all day into the PM drawing pictures of signs on the Dan Ryan, and Ike, and Kennedy. I still love driving on the lower level of Wacker Drive and the Dan Ryan as it brings back great memories. Now for the answer to your question: Ill state route ONE.

But I will ask you: are you referring to "morons" who consistantly drive under the SL and have no idea where they are going or the ones doing 80 in a 55 in moderate traffic.
