I am on MTR and I saw it there. He mentioned a 60% pbutting rate. I am not on r.a.d. at this point. Is everyone there as egotistical and defensive as you are?

Sir: I have known many hundreds of PE's over the years. I have been to 49 state DOT's, USDOT, DC DOT, Port Authority of NY & NJ, the NY Thruway Authority (I knew the retired chief engineer), most of the other toll road-turnpike authorities, and I worked for the Cuyahoga County Engineer many years ago in Bridges & Structures. Furthermore a very good friend is in charge of guide signing design at MnDOT.
I have NEVER met anyone such as you describe, but perhaps that is the reason he is not designing for a public agency
