That is why I'm a cop and you are not. We use terms like "reasonable suspicion" and "probable cause". The term "innocent until proven guilty" is a court matter, not ours. I already have probable cause to believe you are using the emergency lights in an illegal manner.

That is why cops do that enforcement... I know we'd all like to have red-blue lights in our cars and hand out tickets to all the butt rags we see driving.

Look, I'm not trying to sound condesending but I really do think that you don't put enough faith in us to do our jobs. We all get frustrated at LLB's and others who we see doing stupid stuff on a daily basis. Remember that we drive off-duty too and there are things that pee us off. I stop LLB's on a regular basis and I write tickets for it. We can't be everywhere all the time and the number of normal traffic far outweighs the number of cops doing enforcement.
