Seriously, though, when someone does something "stupid" like that, even if they weren't intending to kill anybody (except perhaps for their own selves), and someone else -does- suffer for it, I think they should be prosecuted exactly as if that were their intent. Particularly if they were old enough to be able to realize the possibility of tragedy wasn't entirely zero. Such as the goon recently convicted here in Tennessee for dropping a brick off an overpbutt and killing a motorist (Was that the one that the pbuttenger was decapitated by the brick?). He was sooooooo sorrrrrrryyyyy when it was all said and done, but I really don't care. Far as I'm concerned, if we're going to have a rest penalty anyway, he's one of the kinds of goons who deserve it.
