if i recall the latest "speeding average" which is the the speed limit (anywhere + average of what people everywhere go on them) is like 9.45 over. and noone here can tell me you havent sped, or cut into a of center), or sped to pbutt someone... who for somereason just didnt want to be pbutted. or cut someone off... ect. we all do it. it just sucks more that guys (which comprises of probibly 95% of AF) get tickets when they are pulled over then girls.
ohh ahd 4x4 blazer the reason why they dont pull you over, is because they CANT, thier radar guns have a 5 mph either way error margin. my dad works for the government,and 2 of my friends cleans and calabrates them. and this isnt also mentioning the fact that ALL cars go different speeds at 55 you can have the 2 exact same cars but if one's tire pressure is off, they will be going a different speed. now you also figure in those with different tread, tire size, tire pressure, natural differences in the make or models programming for speed. it all changes the speed (not drastically mind you but imagine you were doing 5 over 2 mph is believable)
