yeah wisconsin has a messed up point system... everywhere else ive been is more like 6(which i have a rather large number of states under my belt). 2 to 3 points per ticket depending on severity. (then you work those points off over time which is why you hear about some people with 4 tickets and still got thier liscense) but wisconsin decided to be special. go fig. for us we had a 6 month period where you had to earn 120 hours (it wasnt enforced though) and a 6 month wait. after the 6 months you took your test and off you went. the graduated licensing was a 3 hour clbutt. (oooooooo boring). but heres also a different thing. buttuming you are a guy. you have a car at your disposal, and you have a 5 spd. im sure you have tested the limits of that car. i thats how i know my 90 laser 5spd (with the 1.8 liter) could go 145 mph, and take 25 mph onramps at 85. (who woulda thought less then 2 liters could do that?) i mean we all do it, somethings are more of a trigger a little farther then girls). so just as long as you keep your car testing in short intervals, and you dont speed regularly, you shouldnt have any problems with cops.
