I believe this is real. About the rag doll-looking body, this is the way real people look in situations like this. I've seen more than a little footage with REAL people being thrown around with high forces where they actually have that rag doll look like this. The person may have been unconscious already, but a person doesn't have to be to look like this. I remember a bane-failed motorcycle jump back in '74 where the biker had an unexpected headwind while in mid-air. He fell short, but wasn't dealt the bane blow till he hit the ground. While flying through the air though, after hitting the cars, he looked just like a limp rag doll. I'd guess this was some news or cop chopper following along during a high-speed chase. BTW, the guy is not saying CUT CUT CUT. It's STOP STOP STOP I think. Another thing is that this is way too risky a stunt for a movie..again, I believe it's real. Maybe it didn't get wide air play on TV because of the body. I guess there's still a little in the way of scruples in the entertainment-news biz.
