You do talk sense sometimes, *but* all the way through this one you have shown total arrogance and frankly my opinion of you has dropped a few notches.
Your chosen style *may* be perfectly safe. It may even have adavantages in some aspects over 'the System'.
But to say 'I'll get an IAM-RoADAR observer to watch me so they can learn something' is just daft.
If you want them to spend their *volunteer* time driving with you, then you really owe it to them to actually *listen*. Seems to me you can't actually control your driving well enough to meet the requirements of that, it's all just long term habit. If you want to convince me otherwise, drive to the system, get a Gold, *then* you can talk from a position of knowledge about whether your way is better or worse.

I always take the view that if advice is offered to me, I'll listen to it, consider it, try it even, then make up my own mind. I'll take from it anything that I think is better, in the time and place where it has advantages. If I think I have a better way *after giving it an honest trial*, I'll use my way.
I have never gone in saying 'show me what you've got, but my way is better'. Which you have.
I thought you'd try harder than that.
