The IAM and TripleS a reconciliation 398

MrBitsy

I was not talking about driving sloppily, I was talking about driving to a level that does not fully meet test standards at all times. I hope you are not claiming that advanced drivers never let their standards slip between tests, because many of us will have seen Traffic Officers driving in a distinctly informal manner at times, both on TV programmes and when we've been out on the roads ourselves. Now that doesn't bother me in the least, because I have no doubt they will raise their game at very short notice when they are faced with a demanding situation such as an emergency response or a pursuit.

Well it shouldn't do according to what Mark said ages ago. I thought the advanced standard was supposed to become natural, which to me means easy, i.e. not requiring much effort.

Given your blind arrogance it's not surprise that you continue to attempt defend the indefensible. Drinking to the point that you are unsteady...

Yes maybe you do, but generally speaking if someone gets through a long driving career with very little trouble, it is only reasonable to buttume that decent techniques are perhaps being applied. It is not a certainty of course, some people can be very lucky - OK, like me. :-)

Best wishes all, Dave.
