Congestion charge is an abuse of hospitality
You say he's a prat simply because he has proved your "argument" to be groundless. So go on... prove that there is some basis to your buttertion that Mad Ken's...

The problem actually is about 2 miles away on the a491. It used to be a two lane dual carriageway running through a tiny village with a 60mph limit with a couple of uncontrolled junctions. Some of these were dangerous for traffic turning right and there were accidents. When they improved the junctions and put in traffic lights they also reduced the stretch heading away from the motorway down to a single lane for about half a mile. This causes a bottleneck that has crawling traffic running all the way back to the motorway island. Once the tailback gets onto the island it clogs things up immensly and prevents cars getting across there and away from the motorway sliproad. Impatient drivers start to jump the lights making things worse and sure enough the tailback heads down the sliproad and onto the carriageway. There will be a major accident before too long when either someone gets fed up with queuing and pulls back out or a car tries to exit at the last second and gets ****ted by a lorry. I have on more than one occasion carried on to the next junction because it was not safe to try and exit there. -- Alex

Today's drive
I'm getting fed up with the IAM now. I felt happier about my driving before I started...
