1. Whilst negotiating a major roundabout above the M62 and just about to turn off, BT Transit waiting in patiently L2 of the entry just before my own exit, me in L1 of the roundabout ready for my exit.
18 year old female comes steaming out of L1 (hidden by the BT van) right in front of me without even a glance in my direction. No indicator to give any clue as to which way she was going, though she did turn into my chosen exit. Leaving me having to swerve out of her way. As she was going my way, I followed her for the couple of miles into the city centre, curious as to just how poor her observation could be. The BT van waiting ought to have given her some obvious clues perhaps?

Three roundabouts and several junctions later, her only use of her 3x mirrors was to tilt the internal one so she could check her hair.
She did though give the correct indications at every junction and roundabout after the first one, so at least everyone knew which way she intended blundering. Perhaps one of the automatic signallers with no observation Mark has mentioned(?)
2. Three very busy lanes on the M62 (earlier in the day), all doing about 45mph. Another female driver, though this time middle aged makes her way out into L3, with similar female in the pbuttenger seat. The traffic starts to speed up and she starts to panic as speeds begin to exceed 60mph, a long gap develops in front of her as she has reached her personal limit. Long tightly packed queue of cars in L3 begin to crowd her and cars in L2 start to undertake.
Car immediately behind her starts to flash his headlights, she swings over to the left as a car in L2 is just coming up to being level with her. They missed by a couple of inches.
The panic was obvious by the two nodding heads and hand gestures exchanged by the two, as I followed them one car behind in L3 and sneeked the odd peep around the curves.
