Not doubtful at all in this discussion, as we have been using "speeder" to refer to someone substantially exceeding the flow of traffic.
In this discussion, the point has been "staying within the general flow of traffic" versus "speeding substantially above it." So this erases your doubt issue. We're not talking about everyone who is exceeding the speed limit but maintaining pace with the main flow being a "speeder."
Again, we were not discussing people who are traveling at or below the speed limit as the base. You are actually substantiating my point that by staying with the flow, as you say, you would encounter far fewer vehicles than one who is not. In your example, you cited slower drivers; in mine, it's faster ones.
Then it is not an issue in such a situation. IN fact, if no one is shooting by the main body of traffic, then they're doing exactly what I was advocating in the first place.
However, in many places and certainly with Arif, speeding drivers are often pbutting up the main body of traffic at substantial differential speeds. In fact, Arif brags of this.
These are the situations we're talking about.
