Why didn't he pull away first? Or did you jump the lights and attempt to outrun him? It sounds like you deliberately blocked him in to prove a point.
He was probably pooting himself about being crushed by a lorry who from his point of view hadn't seen him.

So after nearly being crushed by a 44-tonne lorry, the driver (who you couldn't tell was male, but you could tell his-her nationality and-or ethnic origin) stops for a second to recover their composure, then sees a red-faced, angry white man, hands in fists coming towards him.
Maybe he's still a bit riled up about the fact that this racist trucker pulled across his path and nearly end him (can you empathise with this?) and wants an opportunity to explain the error of your ways.
