This is what being an LLB gets you... 3206

I think you are not considering some possible angles on this tale. I believe it is possible the Land Cruiser driver sped up in an attempt to prevent the girl from moving into the left lane. Nothing in any of the reports indicated that this wasn't a possibility. The fact that she blocked him is certainly clear. However, we don't know what might or might not have happened immediately before her move to the left lane. And clearly the Land Cruiser driver made the situation worse by deliberately tailgating the girl. She made a mistake in judgment, but then so did the Land Cruiser driver. If instead of harbutting the girl, he had just backed off for a moment, it is likely the whole thing would have resolved itself in short order. Instead he made an arrogant, aggressive move that provoked a dangerous response from the girl. From there the situation spiraled out of control. If either of them had acted responsibly, the tragedy could have been avoided. So in my mind, they are both guilty of reckless driving.

It's in the article. You might try reading it. And there is no evidence he was an LLB. He obviously moving faster than traffic to his right since he had to brake when...

And one more time, why isn't the Land Cruiser driver also referred to as a LLB?

The saddest thing is that I don't think this incident is unusual. The results were extreme, but I see things like this regularly. In fact, others that post in this group not only condone, but encourage people to drive like the Land Cruiser driver. Tailgating, flashing head lights, buzzing past slower cars are all justified as reasonable actions to take to intimate "sloth drivers," even if the "sloth" is driving well in excess of the speed limit.
