In one instance you are adding to the story, claiming he was blocking her out by accelerating when there is no evidence of such to even base that one, and then saying he was LLBing. It can't be both. You just want to blame him. If he was LLBing, he would have never been on her butt. If he wasn't pbutting the story as described isn't possible and your model of him accelerating to block isn't possible either.

I've only seen one person encourage buzzing LLBs etc. Flashing headlamps is a acceptable signal and has nothing to do with aggression. Please read your owners manual, the function is built into most cars made in the last 20 some years. If it were such an unacceptable signal you need to take it up with the automakers.
