Unless you're actively pbutting traffic to your right and not violating the 20 second rule, you're certainly violating the spirit if not the letter of the law. Probably the letter of the law as well.
No, it's what you do. You misinterpret the law to suit your twisted agenda so you can convince yourself that you're not actually breaking it - but you're not fooling anyone. If nothing else, it's clear that you're a control-freak butthole. Look at it this way, would you think it were justified if I shot and end a woman (or a group of women) just because she was a prosbreastute? That seems like a farfetched analogy at first, but it's actually pretty much what you're doing. You're victimizing other road users (by impeding their progress and disturbing the safe normal flow of traffic) because one or more of them is engaged in the victimless "crime" (yeah, I know it's really not a crime, but whatever) of exceeding the speed limit.
I don't think either scenario would hold up in a court of law, and I know very few police officers that approve of LLBing - even ones that I disagree with on speed limits etc.
Face it, Scott, it's time to grow up and learn to play with others.
