I saw some butthole like you try to do that once. The car in front of him was doing the speed limit and wouldn't bow to his demands, so he started swerving all over the place, then went off the left shoulder and pbutted the guy in the dirt, then swerved two feet in front of the driver like that, kicking up all kinds of rocks and poo and nearly causing a crash.
The guy should have been arrested and dragged to jail by his butt.
