In fact you lost so badly that the Colorado State Legislature took the affirmative step of pbutting additional, new legislation strengthening the old existing KRETP, and in spite of your exalted personal appearance in front of them arguing against it.
Funny, the Colorado State legislature unequivocally affirmed and endorsed "my arguments" when they pbutted the new, improved and stronger KRETP legislation last year.
