Yeah, I think he was OK, couldn't have been doing more than 25 mph when he finally hit the barrier and he bounced off it, rather than come to a immediate halt. I got the form to fill in from the bizzies today to make a witness statement. I filled it in, haven't sbreastched him up - just said it as I saw it. Just poor observation on his part I think, no "dangerous driving". His wheels were locked before he was level with me, just caught himself out. I doubt there's anyone here who hasn't almost done similar at some point in their driving career. I was on the phone to the bizzies about 10 secs after he hit. You have to don't you. That's nasty for him and others being sat in the outside lane, and he might have been hurt - I doubt it, but he might have been. Someone did it for me in the past when I came off the bike thankfully!
