I'm third in line in the right-turn-only lane; the green right-turn arrow is full on. The lead car is not moving. Her left turn signal is on; apparently she wants to go straight, but got into the right-turn-only lane by mistake. However, she can't change lanes because the through lne is fully occupied by other vehicles. Apparently her plan is to just sit there until the through traffic gets a green, and then go straight. The only flaw in thius plan is that she's blocking traffic behind her. The car ahead of me honks. The lead car doesn't move. I start honking. The lead car still doesn't move. FINALLY, after both of us are honking at this dumb unpleasant woman, she makes the turn. She immediately gets into the left lane (leaving the right lane clear, which enables me to pull up next to her at the next light and see that she's a DAF). The street ahead narrows from 2 lanes down to 1. Determined not to get stuck behind this bimbo again, I floor it away from the light (in my hella powerful Toyota Corolla rental, LOL). I needn't have bothered; this dim bulb is still sitting there at the intersection, with her left turn signal on, DESPITE THE "NO LEFT TURN" SIGN THAT'S TWO FEET AWAY FROM HER HEAD, RIGHT AT HER EYE LEVEL.
