Come up with a proposal on how I am to earn a living within walking distance of my school in NJ and still be a full time student. I'd love to know. Any job that I can support myself on in NJ requires that I work full time during the day. Believe me I've looked for 3rd shift work and haven't found anything paying enough to live on. The only night job I ever had that I could live on was working for the Navy, but they no longer do 3rd shift so I'm SOL on that. Besides, I can afford insurance and gas so I may as well live with my parents for another year or so until I've got my degree and can work full time during the day at a well paying job. I'm open to whatever you propose.
I'll never "give up" my cars as it's a hobby for me. Everyone has things they enjoy doing in their spare time, I enjoy clbuttic cars. If it were possible to live without a car and go to school full time I would most likely register and insure my cars with clbuttic tags and insurance and drive mainly to car events and the occasional summer cruise.
Like I said, come up with a proposal. Ya know, include a place to live in Blackwood NJ and a place to work that pays enough to live on. Bus travel is not unreasonable, but I don't want to transfer to another bus or train. One trip on public transportation is all I'm willing to do.
I know someone who takes 3-4 hours to get to school and another 34 hours to get home at the end of the day. No way I'll do that. Public transportation in NJ is not very convenient for the most part. Oh, and just a little FYI, I do take the train when I go to the other campus. I'd rather take the train than drive. I go from the other campus then back home and walk to the train station. Some days I'll get on the train nearer to school and leave my car out towards that campus if I need to go back to Blackwood later in the day. It's just more practical and I rather enjoy the train ride.
Well I doubt you'll be reasonable and I'm positive you won't stop taking potshots at me. It seems like you get off on that, so at least you're enjoying yourself. Have fun Scott.
