get are structure my the cam stepside practical week. case truck have 2100 what root worth Care to elaborate? The standard Holley vacuum secondary and double pumper are both very reliable designs. They are simple and just plain work. Once tuning a Holley for a particular vehicle I've never had to touch it for any other reason that being bored and wondering if there was any more performance or mileage to be had. Obviously they will eventually need to be rebuilt as gunk builds up or as many many miles are put on them the throttle shaft bushings can wear (often occurs when a very heavy return spring is used), but I've found that spraying carb cleaner into the fuel bowls while the car is running and working the throttle keeps things clean and operating at 100%. Kind of like those solvents they run straight through the fuel rail to clean fuel injectors. Simple periodic preventative measures should prolong intervals between rebuilds. I've only been running the current Holley on my '68 for just over a year and a half so I haven't put enough miles on it yet to require a rebuild (only 28,000 miles or so). Heck, it's even got me a high of over 16 MPG. With the old Holley I had on there before this one I was over 17 MPG. I've never had any trouble with Holley's on any vehicles, they have been very reliable for me. Once everything is set up right they just work. Just double-check the settings on the carb as part of your regular tune-ups and a Holley will last the life of the vehicle. No sensors or computer to screw up and get your fuel system all out of whack. They are simple, reliable, and easy to troubleshoot. Cory
