Any thoughtsComfortably Numb My initial impression is that they would stand a much better chance of being taken seriously...
I had one today.
I'd been at a birthday party in a town about 15 miles away. A Punto behind us took exception to doing 30 in a 30, so tried to race away from a set of lights on a dual carriageway (in the right hand lane). This was on the A540 south of Neston.
I just ignored them, pulled away as usual, and left them standing. I wasn't racing, or even trying to do anything.
The next set of lights turned amber as we were approaching, so we slowed down & stopped. Traffic from the right started to come onto the DC (light traffic fortunately).
The Punto then pulled alongside, slowed down slightly, and then just went straight through the red light, almost hitting a mini 4x4 (Suzuki or something).
I then had to look very closely, to make sure I hadn't missed a straight on green filter.
I hadn't. The punto had just sailed straight through a red light, and *then* cut up the 4x4 driver they'd almost hit, in the process of getting from the closed L2 (coned off) into L1.
I've never seen anything like it!
Pete.
