London congestion charge
Are there any visible warnings on the London charging zone cameras to tell you they are in operation - for example if you drive towards one at what...

alone traffic, a for

seem

When I was learning to drive I was always taught that if I don't know the road, and there were no signs, I should approach in the left hand lane unless turning right (buttuming two lanes). If you follow these rules then you wouldn't get your problem so often.

What annoys me is when you have bright yellow lines telling you what the lanes are for, it says "get in lane", and there are arrows on the road, but people still get it wrong. I get it near me. There's a roundabout with 4 exits, left, straight on (at 12:00), right, and then back where you came from (ie. 6:00). As you approach there are the bright yellow signs with pictures showing which lanes to get in, then you get the white arrows on the road, and it's at 12:00 so it's pretty obvious. Loads of people still try going straight on in the righthand lane. It usually makes things very difficult because the people in the left hand lane also want to go to the same place. Of course it would make more sense if they changed the arrows to allow both lanes to go straight on.
