No my point is a simple one, nobody can define what any other peron wil or will not see. That depends upon circumstance. I avoid the places that people seem to flock to in their thousands, I can think of no worse way to spend my time than hemmed in by lots of other people. Because of this my travelling in peek periods is on roads that are not as crowded, and where accidents do not happen as frequently. As a consequence the likleyhood of my seeing such an accident is vastly reduced. You said " You *will* see If you had said you *may* see I would have been quite content. There is nothing so certain in this life that anyone can guarantee that another person will have the same experiences that they have had.
To many people the top end of that range is a huge amount, it means that you would be driving about 100 miles every day, something very few people actually do. Even at 20000 miles you would be covering nearly 90 miles every day.
